Ordering
We don’t have any designers to help, but we do have a photo library with thousands of free images you can look through from Pixabay. Just click the “Add Image” button in the designer and you can search through them.
Yes. You can place images or texts above or below other images or texts. We only print what’s visible in the final version though so be careful about playing hide-and-seek with too many items.
As many as you can fit. We don’t charge by the number of designs, images, texts, or colors. We only charge based on whether you’re printing just the front, just the back, or both.
Sure. If you need jerseys for a whole team or even a whole tournament, we can do it. It may take a little extra time for bulk orders, but we will still work to get them to you when you need them. Just send us a message with your request.
Sure. Use the button the looks like a floppy disc in the designer to save your design for later. You can pick it up where you left off later. Just make sure you’re logged in or it won’t save properly.
Actually, yes, but we like to focus on making sure we can do custom jerseys faster and better than everyone else. If you need something specific, just send us a message. We can put your custom design on almost anything.
Printing
Our jerseys are a super soft 100% polyester material.
For the longest lasting colors, we recommend turning them inside out and washing cold, then tumble dry on low heat.
Our prints max out at about 11 inches x 16 inches (A3 size).
Of course. We save all your designs so you can reorder whenever you like.

Our prints should last the life of the jersey and are rated for 100+ washes.
We use a special technique to add empty space to the design when we print the jersey. This makes the jersey feel 1,000 times better and let’s the design last longer. You can find out more information HERE. If you don’t want us changing your design, you have that option as well, although we don’t recommend it.
Shipping
We use USPS to ship everything. Depending on the weight, you can have it shipped first class or priority. We also offer priority and priority express if you need your jerseys even faster. And don’t worry if you’re international, we can ship to you as well as long as your country receives from USPS.
We create a shipping label almost as soon as you order. Under your Account, you can see your orders and check the tracking information to see where your jersey is. Usually, we ship out only 1-2 business days after ordering, but sometimes it can take up to a week.
